Can I get a health fund rebate?
This depends if you are in a health fund table that
covers remedial massage. Our therapists are registered with most
health funds, including MBF, Medibank Private, NIB, NRMA, AHM and more.
Can I pay by credit card/EFTPOS?
We accept credit card payments online using PayPal.
Unfortunately we do not have EFTPOS facilities at this time. Most
people are happy to pay cash.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. We offer gift certificates for you to spoil your friends and loved ones.
Click here to read more details about
gift certificates. Gift certificates can be emailed/posted/delivered
with flowers.
Do I need to take a shower before my treatment?
A shower washes away the tensions of the day, along
with sunscreen, fragrances, and lotions that may interact with
products used in your treatment. Warm water also helps prepare
your body to receive the full benefits of the carefully chosen
natural substances used by your therapist.
Will I be covered during the massage?
Yes, draping is used throughout all treatments. Only the area that is
being worked on will be uncovered. Please note that for kahuna massage,
with very flowing movements, draping is still used, but it may seem less
than you are used to with other styles of massage. If you are
feeling too warm or too cool with the draping used please let your
therapist know.
Should I take off all of my clothes during my treatments?
Our therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure your
privacy at all times. While some spa treatments are best performed with
less clothing, every step is taken to ensure discretion. The therapist
will explain the treatment procedure prior to the commencement of the
service, how to position yourself on the treatment table, and how to use
the linens to cover yourself. The therapist will leave the room while
you disrobe and position yourself for the treatment. They will protect
your right to privacy and comfort at all times.

Pregnancy FAQs, not massage related (external site)
What is the bodyCushion you use for pregnancy
massage?
See our bodyCushion page for more
details. It may also be used for other massages too.
Do you sell stones for massage?
Yes, we do - click here for details.
Can I get a hot stone massage in my home?
No. The setup of stones for a treatment takes too much time, plus
the equipment required is very heavy, therefore stone massage is not
available for home visits. A small stone setup may be available where
more than one client is seen (eg spa parties), but in general, no.
Do you do training?
Not at this time.
